Features: Generation Series, DISCONTINUED and replaced by the X-Series; Edwards keeps the page up "for archive purposes only". These were modular trumpets built on the Edwards Leadpipe System (ELS), with interchangeable leadpipes and a choice of one-piece handcrafted bells - K/M/XK/XM shapes in Bb and C3/C2 in C, in yellow brass (70/30) or bronze (90/10), in 21, 22 or 23 gauge, heat-treated, annealed or tempered. Edwards publishes no per-model figures for the Generation line; the model code comes from its own artists page. Edwards Instrument Co., Elkhorn, Wisconsin. No prices are published - every model says "Contact for price" - and each carries a lifetime warranty. Finishes offered are raw brass, lacquer, silver plate or satin.
