Wessex publishes both units and rounds either one (11.66 mm appears as 0.46" on some models; the CR20-HP prints "11.6mm (0.459")" where the inch figure is the precise one), so a 3-decimal inch figure is taken as published and otherwise the millimetre value is converted.
