Features: Tuning-bell available in gold or yellow brass; heavy-walled red brass No. 5 leadpipe in the Bach 25H pattern. Spencer's published price is GBP 1,750. Will Spencer builds and voices each instrument himself at his Bordon workshop, testing and optimising it through construction and inviting the customer in to fine-tune tuning, tone, response and comfort before completion. Spencer uses only red brass for leadpipes and slides to avoid the dezincification (red-rot) he has spent years repairing on other makers' horns.
